Well, that was cool

So I made a thing. A very cool thing, I thought, but a thing that was just for fun.

I shared with some nerds because I thought they’d like it.

Turns out they did. A lot.

And then…

Mothereffingholycraponachriststick that made my day. My week! It kicked my sense of being absolutely alone in the nuts and then crushed its skull. Now I only feel mostly alone.

And a little embarrassed (but only a little) as it was literally only the first embroidery project that I finished. So. Yay? *cough*

Goes to show, do have fun doing what you do! Try new things! Or specifically, try old skills in new ways. This was largely about graphic design and layout for me, combined with my interest in physical media and needing fidgets to keep my hands busy. 🙂 I have continued on to keep trying more embroidery projects for entertainment. We will see how that goes. In the mean time, I’m also working on my hundred other projects…
